Performance Systems International (PSI) provides a full-featured electronic statement solution, targeted specifically to the needs of SUMMIT clients.
PDF File Format
The electronic statements presented by PSI are rendered in Adobe® Acrobat® format (PDF files).
For maximum security, statement files are not stored on the web server, but are dynamically generated.
Account / PIN Validation
PSI's solution integrates with the Call-24 Account and PIN. This eliminates member confusion,
and also the need for extra set up by Credit Union staff.
Front-Office Integration
PSI's solution integrates seamlessly with your front-office operations. Integration with SPECTRUM®
is accomplished using control flags, memos and the e-mail address. This allows front-line staff to manage this solution from within SPECTRUM.
